Some customers cite long waiting times during peak periods as a downside. If you're visiting during lunch or dinner rush, plan for a bit of a wait. Although the staff are friendly and efficient, the bustling environment might lead to slight delays in food service. While the outdoor seating is a pleasant addition, it might not be the best option on brisk days. Several patrons have commented on crowded tables during busy hours, which can affect the overall dining experience. That said, the quality of the food usually outweighs these minor inconveniences, but they are worth noting for an informed visit.
Best chippy in Llandudno but also one of the very best I've had in the UK. Made fresh with top quality chips. The batter on the fish was light but crispy and not too heavy. The perfect batter, highly recommend coming here.

One of the best fish and chips we have ever had. It is crispy and fresh. We rarely leave a review but felt this was earned. The waitresses were really sweet.
*Date of visit* 11th September 2025 I came to Llandudno on a day out as part of a group I attend and was recommended to have lunch here by other members, as they have been here before and had enjoyed their meals; so I decided to try it out. We ate indoors which had lots of seating and was quiet. You also have the Great Orme trams as a view when looking outside. The staff member who served us was helpful and friendly and the food we ordered didn’t take too long to come. I had their sausage and chips and I have to say they were one of the best chippy chips I’ve had in quite a while. I don't know how they do it but they were tasty! I paid £10.95 for the meal and a bottle of water and thought it was worth it for a delicious lunch before going up the Great Orme. If I’m in Llandudno again, I’ll definitely be returning here for lunch! *Tips and Recommendations* 1) Opt for their chips (obviously!) 2) Eat indoors if you have time to spare; you get views of the trams going up the Great Orme and they have friendly staff to serve you.
We loved our fish & chips today. My daughter actually said 'this is the best meal I have ever had in my life' .....can't get higher praise than that! Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend. I cut a piece of the fish off for my son so it was actually bigger than in the photo! Also not all my chips were on the plate at the time!
One of my eating highlights in LLANDUDNO. The food was absolutely terrific, piping hot, cooked well. Better than the st George fish and chips, better than home cooking's food. Customer service was polite, friendly, chatty, good rapport with owner and staff. The food is something to behold when I came up to Llandudno last time this place was recommended, and they were right.. Topped off the fantastic meal by jumping on the tram and going to the Great Orme. It's an ideal spot this chip shop, two delights in one place, the chip shop and the Orme. Not just saying this I am a really fussy person when it comes to food and service, superb, keep it up.
What an amazing chippy!! The service, and staff are great, and the food is delicious. The staff are very welcoming, and friendly, whether you are eating in or taking away. Sometimes the staff are run off their feet, as everything is cooked fresh, and they are extremely busy - they still manage to keep a smile on their faces.
